Return & Refund Policy


There is a 7-day period for exchanges from the date of receipt. We accept exchanges for items damaged in transit or defective items.

If you are returning something, please drop us an email at eshop@d-ron.com

Starting with below information:

  • Order date
  • Order ID
  • Product quantity, code, and description
  • Your Reason for returning

Our customer Services Team will get back to you on how to proceed with the order return.

We will refund the price you paid for your item via your original payment method. However, sales items do not qualify for refunds.

All goods will be inspected on return. We will try our best to accept all returns, however, returns to us need to be in unused condition with the original packaging. If an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we will have to send it back to you.

Please note that coupon discounts as well as shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.

You are responsible for the cost of returning any items both locally and internationally. Please ensure sure you use a courier service that insures you of the value of the items you are returning and obtain proof of posting.

At D-Ron Singapore, we do our very best to assist with return requests. However, in case of frequent returns or suspected abuse of our policies, D-Ron’s decision regarding return requests will be final.
