Project Admin

We are seeking a Project Admin to assist the project manager on the operations of the project, in accordance with company procedures, including the improvement of productivity, schedule, delivery, customer satisfaction and safety performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for various administrative duties surrounding the project.

  • Work closely with project manager throughout the project life cycle.

  • Work with other partner’s system on the integration to our system at our office staging area.

  • Provide remote support to project engineers if there are any issues on sites.

  • Assist Project Manager in writing and organise project documents such as System Design document, As built documents, Acceptance test document, training manual, etc.

  • Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Information Technology or Engineering.

  • Preferably with 1 - 2 years relevant working experience in a similar role.

  • Basic technical knowledge on Security Systems (CCTV) will be an advantage.

  • Good communication and coordination skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
