We are looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will collaborate with the account team by acting as technical experts in solution design. In addition, you determine the technical requirements to meet client goals and act as liaison between the organization’s sales/business development and engineering groups. You will coordinate the transition between pre-sales specifications and implementation engineering once contracts have been awarded.
Primarily responsible for solving technical business solution needs of partner and/or end user by providing pre-sales support in the following areas:
Support the preparation of RFI, RFP, RFQ submissions and other proposals requiring technical due diligence.
Product application guidance and recommendations.
Proposal writing & compliance table.
Statement of Work (SOW).
Develop working proficiency and obtain certifications on assigned products and technologies through self-directed and formal training. Collaborate, work closely and support product managers and channel account managers, in bringing opportunities to closure.
Degree / Diploma in IT / Computer Studies or equivalent
Strong knowledge of IT & infrastructure environment
Process good analytical, communication, interpersonal and personal skill
Good attitude with willingness to learn
Demonstrate high level of independence
