A pioneer in the manufacturing industry with global presence and

repute was keen on optimizing their processes. This client has been at

the forefront in terms of innovation, security and safety in the

manufacturing business. They wanted to ensure the tracking of each

consignment being manufactured, based on stipulated parameters.

This was to establish that in the event of any quality or related

challenges that may potentially arise, the recorded videos and snap

shots could be employed.

Solution

Techno Honey Systems Pvt. Ltd. brought in Conexao Technologies

Solutions at this point to plug the challenge. Conexao then deployed its

flagship solution O-Insights for Milestone XProtect and integrated the

bar code scanner information. Based on triggers, the automatic capture of snapshots was initiated, and the files were saved with names based

on client requirements. O-Insights was

deployed on multiple workstations each linked to a camera.

Bookmarks were also created automatically in Milestone. A central

repository of all the images was then created and linked to the bar

codes. This resulted in catering to and exceeding the client

requirements.
