We are seeking an experience Product Executive to handle CCTV Products, mainly in the Security Technologies, in accordance with company procedures, including the continuous improvement of Product growth.
The Product Executive is responsible for the total lifecycle management, investment strategy and responsible of our Messaging Portfolio. In a time of accelerating industry and technological change, this role is key to re-defining the future roadmaps for products and services that are core to the evolution of industry technology and our part in leading the way as an organisation.
Establishes professional relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and the customer’s trust in D-Ron’s capabilities.
Manages and delivers on the expectations of all stakeholders (customer, D-Ron, suppliers, etc) in the project.
Ensures that the baseline project documents are produced, maintained, made available, utilising project workspaces, to all parties concerned and effectively used (managing the project).
Ensures that the project is correctly planned and managed during execution using industry standard project tools.
Ensures that the project is delivered fully utilising standard builds and standardised work.
Monitors and Controls the financial status of the project (EAC, billings, cost budgets, milestone payments, rebates, warranty).
Accurately reports the status (resources, technical issues, customer satisfaction) of assigned projects on all key metrics.
Manages the process of scope definition and change control, including estimating and negotiations of contract / scope variations (Anticipates change orders in a timely manner on important potential risks technical or other).
Establishes and executes detailed plans to ensure that risks are mitigated and opportunities are realized.
Creates the conditions to enable effectively working teams.
Applies applicable QA and project management procedures / methods.
Explores relevant new business opportunities.
Work with sales (on request) to ensure that project proposals are supported with proposal deliverables e.g. project scope definition, risk/opportunity assessment, estimate reviews, project plan & schedule development.
Participates in the continuous improvement process with respect to project management procedures, guidelines and tools highlighting any possible areas where improvements can be made.
